Having problems with your E bike?  You have come to the right place.!!!

Here at Wardys Cycles we are able to diagnose and repair most electric bikes.

Because of the diverse reasons your bike can fail we charge a £50 diagnosis fee, payable when you leave you bike with us. If the problem can be sorted duirng the diagnosis, without having to supply and fit parts, then the fee will cover that.  If parts are needed we will advise you of cost and time scale before any work goes ahead.  We are in the hands of the delivery service whilst waiting for parts but will always do our best to stick to the time scale.

If you do not wish to go ahead with the repairs you are free to collect your bike from us within 5 days of us notifying you of cost, This is to avoid storage costs at £5 per day after the 5 day period.

 

In some cases we realise that it is difficult to get your E bike here.  we are able to collect and return your bike for you for a fee.
