ITEMS AND PRICING.

We reserve the right to make any changes without notice.

All prices shown are exclusive of VAT

RESERVATION OF TITLE.

The risk in goods shall pass to the purchaser upon delivery. However, all goods supplied

will remain the property of Sycris Supplies until the invoice has been paid in full.

Sycris Supplies reserve the right to take any goods back when :

1. The goods are not paid for in full within the agreed credit terms.

2. The purchaser is declared bankrupt or ceases to trade.

DELIVERY.

All efforts will be made to deliver the goods within the agreed time.

However, it may not be possible to deliver the goods same day, if the order is placed after 1pm

and/or certain items are out of stock.

Minimum order and same day delivery only applies to items we hold in stock at the time of order.

However we will endeavour to deliver any out of stock items as soon as they become available to us.

 

Same day delivery & no minimum order is only available to shops within 10 miles of our warehouse.

PAYMENT TERMS.

Orders are proforma for the first 3 via bank tranfer.

If you are within 10 miles of us then orders are cash or cheque on delivery.

A credit account and/or other payment methods can be arranged at our discretion.
